“We chose Castello del Capitano delle Artiglierie for our wedding and we couldn't have made a better choice. The venue is truly like a fairy tale: spacious indoor and outdoor areas, all cared for down to the smallest detail by the owner Cesare and his partner Michelle. Michelle, in particular, was extremely attentive to every detail, making sure everything was perfect for our special day. With her by our side, we had nothing to worry about: her dedication and professionalism let us enjoy our wedding without a single thought, confident that everything would run smoothly.
One of the reasons we chose this venue was the availability of rooms to stay overnight on site, together with some friends and family, so we could keep the party going without worrying about travelling anywhere. We also used these rooms to get ready. The Castle also offers an indoor space set up as a dance floor, perfect for extending the party and having a little more fun.
Finally, a great convenience was being able to do our photoshoot right there on site, without having to "disappear" for hours from our own party. So many striking corners and beautiful panoramic spots made our photoshoot unique and uninterrupted.

How many weddings do you host per day?
Only one. When a couple chooses the Castle, they choose it entirely. You won't share spaces, timing or staff with any other event.
What is the maximum capacity?
The Castle can host weddings for up to 200 guests, even in case of bad weather. The layout of the spaces is planned according to the number of guests and the moments of the event.
Can we stay overnight at the castle?
Yes, the Castle has five suites, which can accommodate up to 15 people in total. Accommodation arrangements depend on the package chosen.
Can the civil ceremony be held on site?
Yes, the Castle is authorised to hold legally binding civil weddings. A symbolic ceremony can also be arranged. For those who wish for a religious ceremony, the church of Santa Reparata is just 50 metres away.
Do you work with international couples?
Many of our couples come from outside Italy. Our in-house wedding planner can work with you in English and help with local suppliers and the practical details of planning a wedding here.
What if it rains?
The indoor spaces allow the event to be reorganised under cover. Together we define a backup plan based on the number of guests and how you envisioned the day.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend contacting us as soon as you have a timeframe in mind, especially if you'd like a Saturday between May and September. Availability varies depending on the date chosen.
